G&M has been my repair shop of choice for more than 20 years, through many vehicles and many maintenance issues. They've always provided top notch service at a really good price. Relieved and extremely happy! Those are the words I use when describing my experiences when getting my car fixed these days. My previous mechanic went out of business and I was in a bind trying to find somewhere reputable for maintaining my vehicle. I have had several blah experiences elsewhere until a friend recommended G&M auto services. I should have tried them years ago. The work is fantastic and the staff is very friendly they made me feel like I was a long time customer. They were even nice enough to give me a ride to work. I trust them for maintenance and larger repairs and I have always received expert service. I love recommending them to my friends and hearing how they loved going to G&M as well! The best auto repair shop around by far! Everything you want in a mechanic ... honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I've been to pep boys , Goodyear, and some of the local guys, but I always felt that I was being taken advantage of. That's not the case here. These guys are nice people who happen to be great mechanics. I've been bringing my cars here for a few years now and always feel confident that the work will be top notch. Can't say enough about these guys!
From the moment I made contact till when I picked up my car I thought the service provided was truly fantastic. Tim was patient and helpful and kept me informed through the entire process. My car was in for service during inclement weather. Tim assured me that my car was put inside prior to the impending storm, which was a really nice touch. I was very happy with the service that they provided. My car is running better than it has in a long time. In person, at pick up and payment, they were friendly and courteous. My car was pulled around and waiting when I arrived. I also found the drivers side floor had been vacuumed and there was a nice ice scraper and calendar waiting inside as well. They truly provide exemplary service top to bottom. I will definitely be making G&M my home auto body shop from now on. I highly recommend their company!
